hey all,
I am new and was working with the iptables and could not find the
/proc/net/ip_conntrack file
I did
user@my-pc $ sudo modprobe ip_conntrack
and the file was created.

I do not know why the crash report came. But it just said that "my
system may become unstable as there was some problem with the kernel" .
I came across the same report yesterday but when I clicked it ,it just
disappeared but today it opened a dialog box giving the details of
