Title:
Often crashing after upgrading
I have debugged the crash on my Ubuntu using latest code from
hg clone https://me...@bitbucket.org/medit/medit
I have found that crash occurs in the callback
update_recent_list_visibility
So for now I closed the initialization of this callback - I do not know
what side effects this will cause.

encountered problems connecting to and accessing files in shares on my
local network. Previously I could either navigate to the share I wanted
to access or use the connect to server option in Nautilus, and
This bug seems to be affecting quite a few people, and it seems fairly
serious to me since it's preventing me from backing up or restoring
back-ups to my NAS using the Ubuntu Deja Dup backup tool.

Dear Mr. Penalver,
I'm afraid that since reporting this bug I've upgraded to Ubuntu 12.04,
and I no longer experience this problem. I had a little trouble with
suspend when I first began using 12.04
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-power-

Hi,
Interestingly, this problem seemed to 'go away' a few weeks ago with an
update, but returned again last week. Since I update regularly but
don't always test whether or not the suspend and hibernate functions
still work, I don't know specifically which update relieved the problem
and which
Follow-up: I noticed the needs-upstream-testing tag on this bug
report, so I tried using the latest daily upstream kernel (on July 13th)
but saw no difference when I tried to suspend or hibernate.

Since upgrading to 10.04 (amd64) I have been able to successfully use
the suspend and hibernate features, however I am unable to tell if this
is a problem with the suspend, hibernate, or resume processes. This is
