I filed bug #87386 (now a duplicate). My workaround used to be to blacklist the ehci_hcd module. That way my USB-stick and cardreader worked (at a slower speed, but they got recognised). Now even blacklisting doesn't work anymore; I have to manually modprobe -r ehci_hcd after every reboot. Linux
