Running apt-clone restore in the very end crashes with
"SystemError: E:Error, pkgProblemResolver::Restore generated breaks,
this may be by held packages"
It seams to run through an apt-get update and then outputs the following
line for each of the packages:
apt-clone WARNIN
I just got the same Error when I attached my new external HDD case.
Strange is, I didn't get this error with the same HDD in my old case.
The new case is a "fantec DB-ALU3" and it has USB 3.0. The old case was
a "Conrad Electronic" Model No.: "CEX-HDD/U35s" with USB 2. The HDD is a

After watching the temperature I can say that I havn't experienced a sudden
shutdown below 100°C, but my CPU is getting hot very soon.
But I can't say what is with the "sudo hwinfo --framebuffer" thing, as I wrote
in #21, I didn't check it again, can somebody else check this pleas if it
happens
I had my first reboot since setting nomodeset today.
But in the last days I had some power-offs I think because of overheating.
Some people say that the fan turns high right before the reboot, could the
reboot maybe have to do something with overheating?

Sudden reboot happens randomly on MacB
I just wanted to get a proper vga= value for my MacBook Pro 2,2 because
the value of @Marco Papa didn't produce a nice output for me, so I've
tried to run "sudo hwinfo --framebuffer" as described in [1] but my
complete computer hung, when it reaches "> bios.4.2: node info". Maybe

reboot since I boot with "nomodeset".

The /etc/modules.conf is now /etc/modules in lucid, but this fix works
