Robie,
pgrep and pkill are sharing the same code. Essentially pkill runs pgrep
and then issues a kill signal to the resulting pid. Therefore this fix
applies to both pkill and pgrep. Additionally, the source of the problem
comes from the behavior of `sysconf(_SC_ARG_MAX)` changing in newer
kernels

may be required to apply the changes. We should add a check for this
scenario in the postinst script.

The version of urfkill in -proposed has a possible segmentation fault if
the call to get_dmi_info fails. After this there is an attempt to free
an uninitialized variable. This was blocking the migration from
-proposed.
