Public bug reported: I am using texmaker 4.4.1 on a Dell XPS-13 core i5, running Ubuntu 16.04 and a Mate interface. The touchpad settings have been made both by hand running synclient and using the Mate dconf editor. I have loaded texmaker by hand and, most recently, by using the Mate loading ap.
The touchpad settings are not obeyed by Texmaker but are obeyed by programs such as pluma, libre-office, atril, google chrome. In contrast to these programs, Texmaker ignores settings that turn off two-finger scrolling and seemingly ignores palm detection. I removed and reloaded Texmaker to no avail. Thanks. ** Affects: texmaker (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1714553 Title: touchpad use To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/texmaker/+bug/1714553/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
