Public bug reported: I upgraded from Ubuntu 12.04 to 12.10. The custom keyboard shortcuts I defined in 12.04 are gone. Ubuntu 12.10 does not allow setting of custom shortcuts. Open gnome-control-center keyboard, goto Shortcuts-Custom shortcuts. I can only add new lines, but the shortcut always
