Thanks so much for taking this into account.
Just In Case This Helps: I remember seeing something (maybe twice on boot, more
often after ctrl+alt+del to reboot) about failing to load a module, I think it
was alsa. when It happens again, I'll make sure to tell you.
Also when Shutting Down normal

many times ubuntu gets stuck and never goes up to graphic mode, however
when you hit ctrl+alt+delete, it seems be going to restart and gets
stuck again, which makes you having to shut down manually (I've only
experienced this on Intrepid).
