Confirmed on kubuntu feisty (with kde 3.5.7 packages from kubuntu.org).
Crashes after double-clicking on the printer icon, no such problem with
other modules or when using single-click.

Just found that copying the (48x48) icon over to /usr/share/pixmaps/
makes it appear on the menu item. Apparently, it is just not found
otherwise.
So a possible solution would be to just include a copy of the icon in
the kandy package and install it to the above location. Don't know if
