Sometimes, when I answer a message directly from the indicator panel,
the message *is* sent, but is never visible in the message-app, even
after restarting.

Since some images, none of both of my Nexus 4 can't connect to Internet over
the wifi.
As it seems I'm the only one to have this issue, it may be linked to the
network I'm using.

I'm not sure if I just need to add voicemail666/voicemail in the xml or if
there are some wizardries to do, so I just open a bug for now.
Provider is Free Mobile, country is France, and voicemail number is 666.
