I've this issue too, but i'm forced to use long instead int.
however it happens only with clang , gcc compiles.
Could someone help me to make this work?

i've this bug too, curlftpfs is 800% slower compared to ftp clients such as
filezilla..
since it seems to be the only way to mount an ftp folder, it must be fixed

i've the same problem on 14.04.1. Xorg eats lot of RAM after few
hours...is there any fix?

Seems that after latest updates ( compiz 0.9.11.2 ) the problem has been
solved . The funny thing is that the update has been release the same
day of mine report.

I'm using gnome-fallback with compiz, gnome-shell and gnome-classic and with
all of them after wake up, sometime i can move the mouse but the GUI is
freezed and only when i press CTRL+ALT+F1 i can use the terminal.
