I am in the process of moving from microsoft to UBUNTU.
In order to accomplish that I am copying files from my old machine to a
kingston 4GB USB disk. Then I connect the USB to this machine and copy
the files.

know that if its an alsa bug there is only so much we can do. But even

Public bug reported:
Screen Resolution is fixed on 640x480 60HZ and menus doesn't open to
make changes. My video card is ATI Radeon 9250. Also dual monitor system
doesn't show. As a result opened windows are too big and make it
difficult to manage menus and buttons to operate programs.
