You can download and install the previous ibus-table package to solve
this bug.
$ cd /tmp
$ wget

$ sudo dpkg -i ibus-table_1.3.9.20110827-2_all.deb
$ ibus-daemon -xdr

I find this only shows in ibus-table method (Chinese Wubi-jidian86).

It returns true when I run this command.
I resolved this problem by run this command: gsettings set
org.gnome.desktop.lockdown disable-lock-screen false
I copied guest session's home dir(/tmp/GuestXXX/*) to administrator's
dir(/home/admin/*) a few days ago, and this let admin account disabled
The problem is due to ISP of my area.
