Adding comment: The workaround only sort of works. I can use a ljet4d
(PCL5) PPD which fails with fonts and fails with images and fails with
colour but at least prints.
Other drivers give: ERROR: undefined OFFENDING COMMAND ~stack:
~MARK~MARK~MARK
partway through printing.
