Public bug reported:

The build dependencies are met and it successfully builds on PowerPC.
This arch also has qemu-kvm capabilities and can be a nova-compute
service.

It would be greatly appreciated if this could be retroactively done in
precise as well, since that is a prime install base as an LTS release.
