Delaying to next cycle at this point there are too many changes in
gnome-settings-daemon,gnome-control-center to update in quantal, including:
- user account needs realmd (to get packaged)
- the gtkstatusicon for the keyboard layouts has been deprecated in favor of a
new ibus,gnome-shell integrat
