This is because libkdeinit4_nepomukserver.so is missing from the 4.8.80
build of kdepim-runtime.

Oh, is that where the file goes? I based my comment on the output of
this:

Nepomuk moved from kde-runtime to nepomuk-core. You have apt-file report
from Contents-amd64.gz dated from 26. April, so thats why it shows kde-
runtime ;)
