I just uploaded a new gegl revision that disables libav support (the
previous uploader tried to do that, but forgot that libavformat-dev
depends on libavcodec-dev, and so libav support was still enabled).
Please retry with tomorrow's builds if possible, they should work.

Yep, this has been broken since the gimp 2.8 merge.
I'll try to upload a new libgegl that doesn't need libav (not sure I'll have
time before the alpha, so anyone can steal this work item from me), or drop
gimp from the default install.
