Public bug reported:

When using haskell-mode the automatic indentation mode is not set up
corretly, e.g. when typing in a function

test :: Int -> Int

and pressing tab in the next line the cursor jumps back and forth but
the function name is not repeated. In the old stable release this was
the default. Using alt-x and "haskell-indent-mode" restores the old
default. Then pressing tab twice hat the following text:

test :: Int -> Int
test

Lucid had the version 2.4-1 and Precise has version 2.8.0-1, the page
http://projects.haskell.org/haskellmode-emacs/ says that some things
have changed and further configuration is needed.
