I can confirm that I see the same as Jonah after upgrading from Edgy to
Feisty-final on my desktop machine.
Update Manager is still showing that one hotkey-setup package as needing
to be upgraded.
A clean install onto my laptop does not show this error.
(Possibly unrelated but the upgrade
i have the same problem, i can't remove it either to try to reinstall
fresh...
here's some output which might help:
