I've followed these instructions, but i keep getting this error message
when compiling the source:

What is this make.env in the makefile? I just can't pack it because of
it. I'm gettig the following error message (I'm talking about the 2.6.9
version):
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `make.env'. Stop.

When is this version going to be released? Isn't it better to pack the
current version and later the new one (after it has been released)?

Developers of Campsite are currently working hard to get a new version
of Campsite released. Campsite 3.0 will be a complete rewrite of the
engine, which means no compiling is needed anymore. I would you try to
package the new version, although it's not officially released yet
(currently 3.0-beta3)
