I followed the instructions in DebuggingKernelSuspend. The first time I
ran pm-suspend, it suspended normally and resumed right away. The second
time I ran pm-suspend, it failed to suspend. The screen went dim, but not
completely off, and after a while the fan came on, suggesting

I'd like to target this bug to the 'kernel' but I don't see how to do
this with the bug-reporting tool. It seems to expect only user-level
