I believe that this happens due to the wacom lines in /etc/X11/xorg.conf when
using the nvidia binary driver (and for whatever reason only shows up under
KDE).

I've got the same problem, whenenver I start a graphical application
from the shell, I get a similar error, the only difference is "Major
opcode: 145" (instead of 147). How to solve it?
