Workaround:
Open terminal
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.screensaver lock-enabled false [Enter]
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.screensaver idle-activation-enabled
false [Enter]
This disables screensaver but does not affect the screen turning off.
