into the theme design, it's just a matter of opinion however. Btw the
functionality is still there, and you can also right click the titlebar
to access the wm men

You seem to have set the Greybird theme for metacity.
You can easily change that via the commandline with:
gconftool-2 --type string --set /apps/metacity/theme Albatross
(or with the gconf-editor GUI)
