I have marked Bug #874332 (same issue in 11.10) as a duplicate.
I also have Bug #487867 open requesting a way to disable this
warning/action in Power settings. If anyone knows a workaround to
disable low battery warning and its associated action (suspend) in
dconf, please let me know.
