I've just removed ReiserFS support from the Ubuntu installer; see

devel/2013-September/037659.html for the rationale. I'm afraid that if
this bug hasn't been fixed along the way then it now isn't going to be.

- OS-X. Target platform is Intel quad-core i7 @3.6GHz, with 32GB ram.
