USB devices do not work; fixed upstream
To manage
I have a laptop HP Pavilion 6000. From the moment you install the test version
the kernel on the testing ubuntu (12.10) does not work for me at the keyboard
and USB mouse. No device into the USB does not work on kernel 3.5!
Any update available does not fix this bug - kernel 3.5.
This is a beta
I found the problem. Simple. I didn't have linux-image-
extra-3.5.0-10-generic installed.

I'm not sure what you mean by this so I decided to run the daily build
anyway.
I am now running linux-image-3.6.0-030600rc1-generic
3.6.0-030600rc1.201208022056 and USB devices work normally again.

Christopher, I can't report the bug because I have another keyboard
unless the USB keyboard.
I solved the problem by installing the same version of the kernel
directly from KernelMainlineBuilds.
What I can do is attach the same files attached to Thomas, but with the
upstream kernel, which is work

Using the latest upstream kernel, and installing the package "extras",
my usb keyboard and mouse works normally.
