Public bug reported:

I made yesterday a fresh installation of Quantal "Daily Build" on my Toshiba 
AC100.
At first start I launch "apt-get install nvidia-tegra"
And then restart ...

... but it seems that server X (or lightdm) desn't want to start (black screen 
... purple screen ... black screen ... purple screen ... black screen ... 
purple screen ... )
There is a strange line at end of Xorg log file :
"TEGRA(0): LVDS-1: error querying display modes: no such device." (3 times)

I disabled lightdm with "echo manual | sudo tee -a /etc/init/gdm.override" and 
restart.
I launch "startx", it seems to start (but without all icons/menus) but crash 
very quickly at first windows open with "seqmentation fault" text (following by 
errors about tegra20-i2c)
