** Description changed:
- I'm using Ubuntu quantal (development branch), since the new 3.5 kernel
coming, can't boot without nomodeset option. I don't know where is the
problem, kernel or ati module, but with 3.4 kernel there is no problem booting
the Ubuntu.
- When choose the 3.5 kernel from
tolostoi, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better.
