Binary package hint: openoffice.org
I have created an openoffice spreadsheet in Windows. When opening the
spreadsheet in Ubuntu, openoffice crashes every time.
I have observed this behaviour using various edgy versions of OpenOffice.
Yesterday I upgraded to feisty, with OpenOffice 2.2.0-0ubuntu2. This still has
the same behaviour.
I have got may documents that exhibit the same behaviour. In addition,
OpenOffice sometimes crashes when I try to print documents.
I run OpenOffice using strace to see if that gave any clue.
>strace -o openoffice -ff ooffice /home/john/TomtRegnskap2007.ods
I will attach the offending document and the result of the strace in a
comment to this bug.
