Sebastien Bacher recommended to open a new one if problem still exists in 12.04. So, here it is, please take look at video attached in order to reproduce it. Basicly, I opened Gedit and Terminal, changed keyboard layout in Gedit, switched to another keyboard in Terminal, and indicator stuck in Serbian (Latin) even if Gedit was in Cyrillic layout.
