[Rationale]

In the Edubuntu Unity and Gnome-Fallback sessions, Nepomuk Backup and
Nepomuk File Indexing Controller still appears in the menus.

These are only really useful in KDE, and to hide them, we added override
desktop entries that were placed in /usr/share/ubuntu/applications.

In precise, this path changed to /usr/share/ubuntu/gnome-fallback for
the fallback session.

[Impact]

Users see two extra menu entries that shouldn't be there. It's low-
impact, but it's a regression.

[Test Case]

In the Gnome Fallback session, click on Applications and navigate to
System Tools. There should be no Nepomuk entries.
