* Revert "UBUNTU: Remove obsolete ti-connectivity firmware"
This firmware is still in use by the 3.4 kernel in ti-omap4.
-LP: #1032779
* UBUNTU: Remove duplicate qlogic f
This is likely the result of me removing firmware that the 3.5 kernel no
longer uses, e.g., "UBUNTU: Remove obsolete ti-connectivity firmware".
However, the ti-omap4 kernel is still based on 3.4, so I'll restore it
for now.

This worked fine on previous quantal images, as well as the precise
image. I will be testing the current daily ARM builds this evening and
will update if I run into the same bug again or not.

Do you happen to know if the firmware is also missing for Precise, or
have you only tried a Quantal install?
