Public bug reported:

Tracking bug for testing a backported commit from 3.4-rc1 to 3.2.x.

--

The GPU hangs under load, hard to reproduce. On my case I could still
ssh in and grab i915_error_state for upstream to have a look. They
suggested to test 53d227f282eb9fa4c7cdbfd691fa372b7ca8c4c3 from 3.4-rc1,
and send it to the stable queue if it applies (sent).

I've built a 64bit test kernel, it's available at

http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~tjaalton/ivb-test/
