Hi there. I was actually the one to originally describe this problem in an IRC
chat (freenode.net #ubuntu)
I am running the current, most up-to-date version of Ubuntu.
I installed German and Swahili via System-Administration-Language Support.
In the terminal, I typed: sudo dpkg-reconfigure
Are you still experiencing this with Gutsy ?
