Week 46 - Same issue observed with Firefox browser on Ubuntu 12.04
Precise Nvidia machine with ppa:unity-team/sru. After step 4, the
focussed window (recently minimized) was blank just showing the top
title bar.

I can confirm the issue here. When starting from dash first time the
window appears fine, the next time its just the frame. I switched to
metacity and the issue have not happened for a several tries from the
terminal
