https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1037917/+attachment/3264977/+files/sources.list

** Description changed:

It is impossible to install gadmin-squid.

  Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
  Source us.archive.ubuntu.com
Selected all "main", "universe", "restricted" and "multiverse"

- Reproducing:
+ *Reproducing:*
  sudo apt-get install gadmin-squid

  Expected:
  gadmin-squid to be installed

  Happened:
  Reading package lists... Done
- Building dependency tree
+ Building dependency tree
  Reading state information... Done
Package gadmin-squid is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'gadmin-squid' has no installation candidate

It doesn't seem to me that package is removed from the ubuntu repository,
because when I try to install a package that doesn't not exist at all, apt-get
should say something as below instead:
  $ sudo apt-get install foo
  Reading package lists... Done
- Building dependency tree
+ Building dependency tree
  Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package foo

And I also found this with Google:
Binary package “gadmin-squid” in ubuntu precise
(https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/precise/+package/gadmin-squid)
