Public bug reported:

When installing via netboot of a usb drive, my pc sees the usb drive as
/dev/sda, and the internal harddisk of the laptop as /dev/sdb. If I
select 'guided, whole disk' during install and specify /dev/sdb as the
disk to use, grub still gets installed on /dev/sda by default. I know
that the graphical installer will install grub to the same drive ubuntu
installs to by default, I think this behaviour is preferred.

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
