confirm that would be the person to ask?
I thought the LibreOffice PPA was maintained by Canonical, so who would
then be responsible for it?

help make Ubuntu better. However, the LibreOffice PPA is not a software
package provided by the official Ubuntu repositories. Because of this

But shouldn't that kind of trickery be avoided for an LTS version? In
particular for such an important package as xyz-office?
