Maybe try to install the libdbus-1-dev package

Did cure some symptoms, but not all.
I'va attached error messages that got during the compilation.
In my system `pkg-config --libs --cflags dbus-1` = '-I/usr/include/dbus-1.0
-I/usr/lib/dbus-1.0/include -ldbus-1',
and cc links to

sudo apt-get install build-essential
sudo apt-get build-dep bluez-utils

sudo apt-get install build-essential
Gone ok.
sudo apt-get build-dep bluez-utils
Did install: autotools-dev bison cdbs debhelper flex gettext html2text
intltool-debian libbluetooth2-dev libdbus-glib-1-2 libdbus-glib-1-dev
libglib2.0-dev libusb-dev m4 po-debconf.
Finally did cure the rest.

Didn't compile a package at all.
Tried to compile a passkey-agent that is available as the source only.
I have taken it from /usr/share/doc/bluez-utils/examples/ directory.
Simply did a copy of that directory, gunziped passkey-agent.c.gz, and
I've try to compile the file in the example directory, and it was
working...
Maybe try to install the libdbus-1-dev package
