How do you change the directory? The filename doesn't change when I
double click on an another directory. The need to change the directory
is a bug and likely a duplicate. How do you try to save the attachment,
when clicking on the button the fileselector opens with the filename
already entered on
i right-click on the attachment and then choose save as or save all (i
had different bugs for these)...
but im sorry to say that i'm now using a backport of TB2 so i can't do
any more testing...
good news is it looks better for TB2. if i find bugs i'll report them
when TB2 becomes officially
closing the bug then, feel free to open different bugs about the issues
you are still getting with the new version

You received this bug
its very strange that we should experience differences in this
behaviour. my install is default...
1, i use IMAP and click on an email in Thunderbird (standard feisty i.e.
1.5x) with multiple attachments.
2, a gnome file dialog opens with buttons cancel and open...it opens
with the last
this bug is open on evolution and now you are speaking about
thunderbird, that's confusing. What software are you using?

You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu
Bugs, which is the bug
I'm sorry - I am being confusing...
I didn't check the bug properly before replying...
But I just clicked save on a single attachment in Evolution (IMAP
offline) and the file-dialog which came up contained no filename in the
textbox and the save-button did not respond unless i typed a name in...
do you have anything printed to .xsession-errors when that happens? It
works correctly on my desktop. The low importance is correct, that's not
a crasher bug, you are the only one to have reported it and it's not
happening on my desktop which means it doesn't happen everywhere

cant save
to reproduce with latest feisty.
1, receive email with multiple attachments.
2, click save all.
3, the save dialog will default to Desktop or Home. just click OK.
4, nothing happens.
should this bug really have a low priority?
thanks
