it was a restart of the machine and when it came back on it vanished. i dont
have a problem though coz i know how to get it back but my responded to it
as the system was unstable.

I fixed it finally i did not know how to report that i had fixed it so
excuse me. but still the main bug was that it happened automatically and
would not revert. Any way I added a new panel by right clicking on the other
panel i have and then added what i needed. by right clicking on the new
panel
