following:
- give me the output of "ls -l /var/crash/"
- run "/usr/share/apport/apport-qt", describe what happens, and
copy&paste the output from this program.

it seems like there are two issues here. One is the adept_notifier crash
and the other is the crash handler not displaying the report properly.
Do you see anything in /var/crash following this problem?
