Public bug reported:

Since yesterday's scrollbar update that messed up my Thunderbird,
Unison, Nvidia Settings, etc, Guake's Preference Window is 95% off the
screen to the left, and cannot be dragged to the middle of the screen.

Please see screenshot attached.

PS: I am not sure what's going on, but since yesterday my system is
really, really messed up after this dist-upgrade.
