i use an identical testing scheme since breezy, it didnt happen in any
of the former releases if i used manual patitioning and disabled the use
of any of the existing partitions in the partitioner which is always the
first install test i do after exactly the same scheme ... it happens for
i386 and
I suspect this may simply be that you mounted the relevant partition in
one of your installs but not the other.
