The Nautilus menu entry is not there for any directory, including these, which were backed up. Can it be, that deja-dup backup is so much broken, that it does not know which directories have been backed up and does not show the menu entry at all? -- You received this bug notification because yo

The menu item is there for me... Looks like your other issue is really bug 929067, which I'm looking at now. I'll leave this bug open for the nautilus support, but can you confirm it's missing for you? Note that it doesn't show for folders that aren't in your list of folders to be backed up. **
