This bug is probably related to #1070405
I did the following 2 things and don't have the problem anymore:
Removed gcc 4.4/4.5 and cpp 4.4/4.5 (only kept 4.6)
Replaced nvidia-current (295) with nvidia-current-updates (304).
Remember i have 2 different machines and the "workaround" worked on
both.
