Public bug reported:

live-cd boot normally before ubuntu6-7.04 try to start X-server, when X-server 
started I can see only text on display: NO SIGNAL. IMHO ubuntu try to load 
wrong driver, uncompatible with my Prolink GF fx 5200. one minute later my 
monitor is working again with black screen, Itry Alt+F1 : LOADING PLEASE WAIT, 
I try Alt+F8 : I see last line - RUNNING LOCAL BOOT SCRIPT [ok]. booting 
crashed.
but when I install ubuntu-server 6 - it work with no problem, if I install X 
with apt-get - all work fine too. only live-cd :(  so bad.
