Also in my case I see only one menu item for dconf which is working
quite fine. You may need to logout and login again.

dconf Editor menu
Odd, my dconf-editor doesn't show those menus - it only shows the Gnome
AppMenu (a single menu called "Dconf Editor"). It seems that apps that
have both normal menus and Gnome AppMenus clash under Unity.
